Average Value - Definition
In the Google AdWords program, Average Value is the total value of all conversions divided by the total number of conversions. Average Value is also the average value of an ecommerce transaction (purchase). As a side note, the total value divided by total cost for all AdWords ad clicks would equal the Value/Cost.
