Ad Unit - Definition
An Ad Unit is a set of ads displayed as a result of one piece of the Google AdSense ad code. Ad unit reports will show an impression every time a user views a Google ad unit on your page. For instance, if a page with one half banner and one vertical banner is viewed once, Google shows two ad unit impressions.
